The 420D IT has
a turbocharged 88hp Caterpillar Model 3054T engine
that produces 88 horsepower.
Its pilot-activated controls
allow the operator a tremendous degree of control
over its variable flow hydraulic system.
It's a 4X4 with a 4-in-1 bucket.
Measuring 22.9'x7.7'x11.8' (LxWxH)
and weighing in at 15,763 pounds,
it has an EROPS cab.
This machine runs and operates very well.
With only 1,742 hours,
it's still a very tight machine.
All of its vital "organs"
-- its tires, brakes, engine and hydraulics --
are all in good working order.
The Extend-a-Hoe backhoe has an extended dig depth of 18.1'
with plenty of breakout force.
The loader bucket has a 1.3 cu. yd. capacity
(6384 lbs. capacity at full height)
and a 5.3" dig depth.
The hydraulic system is strong,
and is wedded to a CAT IT quick coupler.
